Jim Lettire is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz and he possesses over 27 years of construction experience in all aspects of the construction industry. Jim brings an abundance of experience and knowledge to Warren Construction but his main focus and commitment are to quality and customer service. On any given day he will find himself meeting new, existing and previous clients, estimating projects, interfacing with project managers, superintendents and field personnel, creating a project schedule or budget, and lending some level of expertise to resolve a construction related challenge. Due to his integrity, construction experience and creativity, his reputation with area clients, architects, developers and building officials has grown strong over the many years working in cities and towns such as Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Atherton, Woodside, Portola Valley and Los Altos Hills.

Ronald holds a degree in accounting and finance from San Jose State University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California. Ronald served Warren Construction for 17 years as the companies outside CPA, and for the past 6 years he has been the company’s CFO. As CFO his major responsibilities include managing the accounting department, forecasting and budgeting sales and expenses and managing the company’s information systems. Ronald also takes part in the day to day operations of the company by lending his critical eye to the quality related aspects of projects as they progress.

Locke worked for Warren Construction from 1986-1993 and rejoined Warren Construction in 2005. Locke has 25 years of construction experience with 18 of those years spent supervising and running complex residential projects.

Senita completed her Construction Management Certificate Program at San Jose State University in 2008. Senita will be managing and administering projects and assisting other project managers with administration as needed. Her organizational skills will insure the smooth administration of each and every project that she works on. Senita has been with Warren Construction for several years performing her duties with great skill and dedication.
