This project is a structural steel frame building with GFRC panels on exposed sides and metals stud infill and plaster walls on low visibility sides. It has Truss Joist floors with plywood and gyp-crete floor topping, an elevator and fairly complicated detailing at structural steel and window work. The tenant improvements were contemporary with some very challenging wood trim and casework elements.
