Warren Construction supervised the demolition of the existing structure, the excavation and tie back shoring and shotcrete placement of the two-story underground parking structure. This was a very challenging project due to very limited parking, non-existent staging area, a parking garage that extended beneath the city sidewalk, and ground water two feet higher than was indicated in the soils report. This required the drilling of de-watering wells and the pumping of 200 gallons per minute.
