This project was a three-story structural steel frame building with steel pan decking and concrete floors. The exterior was constructed of heavy gauge metal stud infill and covered with a plaster and stone veneer. Access was limited on all sides and re-routing of pedestrian traffic for the duration of the project was required. The tenant improvements were high end for a venture capital company on the upper floors and various retail stores on the ground floor.
