Vasudevan Residence

This project involved the demolition of an existing house, excavation of a 3000-square-foot, 16-foot deep basement, and the construction of a modern-period house with state-of-the-art control systems and amenities. All finishes chosen were the finest available, with consistently high expectations of quality in every aspect of the project. This was the equivalent of a high-end commercial project, with a structural steel frame and metal stud infills at all interior and exterior wall locations. Warren Construction acted in the capacity of Construction Manager and Constructor on this project. We self-performed the interior finish and many framing aspects of the project. We were brought in early enough in the project to actualize real value engineering, detailed budgeting, and realistic scheduling. The resulting outcome was a project that was a success for everyone.
